- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a violation of these terms.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
- You must use your full legal name as it appears on your identification document and bank account details to facilitate the withdrawal process.
- Bull99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the stipulated verification process.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bull99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the bull99 support team immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password. Avoid reusing the same password across other platforms.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
Bull99 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable rules. Unlawful use, fraud, or any activity that could compromise the safety of other users is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bull99 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent platform rules.

Bull99 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the bull99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and in their own name.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and various Malaysian online banks.
- The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the system and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Bull99 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Bull99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
- Withdrawal processing times are within the period stated on the platform, subject to required verification.
- Any transaction suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or evasion will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.
Liability Limits
Bull99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorized access beyond our control.
The bull99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or disruptions. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Bull99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the bull99 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding claims or investigations.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to the inactive account policy in effect at that time.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the bull99 platform are the property of bull99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from bull99.
Changes to Terms
